The Rakkam are a race mentioned in the The Arrival. They are involved in the Rakkam Garoo Conflict with the Garoo who they are currently fighting. They are native to the Nine-Sifter System, which is where the conflict is taking place. It's unknown if the Andalites are aiding the Rakkam or the Garoo, though they did join the war.
