Andalite-Yeerk WarEdit
After the Yeerks discovered that Animorphs were in fact humans and not Andalite bandits, the Animorphs had to evacuate their families. While the Animorphs were collecting Cassie's and Rachel's families to relocated to the Hork-Bajir valley, the Yeerks captured and infested Jake's parents.[1]
It is unknown if the Yeerks controlling Jean and Steve were among those that surrender, nor is it known if Jean and Steve survived.
TriviaEdit
- On the Animorphs television series, Steve is named Greg.
- In Megamorphs #3 Elfangor's Secret, Jake states that his father was Jewish. However, as the statement was delivered within the book's alternate timeline, it unclear whether this is true or not. It is possible that Steve Berenson was Jewish only in that timeline and not in the official timeline of the series.
